Transmission problem
1986 Chevy Caprice 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
When in drive transmission will not shift up normally. Engin revs high before shifting. This is a rebuilt with low milage since install. Maybe 2,500 miles on this rebuild.

maybe a problem with the line to the vacuum modulator
