My passenger side lower ball joint keeps strippiin off and breaking the cotter pin??? I have changed all other ball joints with no problem but for some reason this side keeps pushing itself out

There has to be either a bent control arm/steering knuckle, your rim is bent, or there's a sever alignment problem.

There's something causing that side to load enough to break the ball joint. You'll have to put your car on an alignment rack.
