1985 Chevy Caprice Check Engine Light

The check engine light has come on, we replaced the oxygen sensor and that did not help. It's still on all the time. The car is running perfectly. Any ideas what else we can check to get the light off?

Hi:
Take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for trouble codes. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free. Have them reset the light when they are done.

Let me know what you find.
