I Have a '78 Chevy caprice with a 5.0 305, I had tranny trouble, I got a tranny out of a '85 chevy impala, I took the tranny to get put in and the mechanic told me that I needed an passenger cable for the tranny. I haven't heard of a passenger cable for a tranny, I'm wondering if he meant a kickdown cable or a throttle body cable. Do you have any suggestions to what he might have meant?
