Transmission Leaking through exhaust????

74 Camaro LT 350 V8, 79K miles. I keep losing transmission fluid. Not readily visible under car when parked. I have noticed fluid actually dripping from the tail pipe after a drive. Any ideas?

Replace and adjust Vacumm modulator on the tranny.
