My transmission is leaking coolant from where the lines enter the transmission. I had the transmission out and when reinstalling it I believe I may have cross threaded the coolant connection on either the send or recieve line where it connects to the transmission. Is there any way to repair the metal on the transmission, or something like a metal version of plummers tape to use on the threads of the lines?

I dont think youre tranny is leaking coolant, In youre rad, where the tranny lines connect, The rad has section where only tranny fluid is routed to rad, cool the fluid then put back in the tranny pan, Might have a cracked rad near the tranny lines are, in is contaimate coolant in the tranny fluid, In which you will need to replace the rad.

Good Luck.
