Overheating

My 1998 camero overheats. It is full of fluid and the fans are running. We just had a computer replaced 4 months ago when it was taken on a 30 mile drive and it had a similar problem. Can this be the same problem or is it possibly be a thermostat problem?
the car has 125000 miles and it is a v6

Replace the Stat and rebleed the cooling system could be air lock all along. Or the computer is not getting the right signal from the CTS and not engaging the fans correctly as programmed.
