chevy camaro fuel problem

1991 chev. camaro, v6, 3.1l eng. 75k mi. Acts like it is running off 2 cyl. ,replaced fuel pump, acts like it gets gas but floods & won't crank, do not have a fuel pressure tester to check presssure--not sure if fuel regulator--- please advise of other possibilities.

Have u checked spark on all cylinders? have u checked injector pulse ? u could have a bad ecm they were common on those veh. for going bad.
