Car runs and dies a little.

1992 V8 Chevrolet Camaro TBI 138000miles.
This problem suddenly happened, I have never noticed this problem before at all. If I give my car gas it will run and then no matter how much I press the gas petal the car will slowly lose power, if I continue to hold the gas petal down the car dies. If I let off the gas the car doesnt die. I cant go over 20mph. It also idles really rough sometimes.
I was getting an error code 32 for my egr so I replaced that last night, but the car is still giving me problems. I checked on it again tonight and the speedometer was not moving in idle when I revved my engine.

You tried the EGR didn't work-lets try checking for a backpressure on the exhaust-remove the oxygen sensor and hook up a pressure gauge-for me 2lbs and over I'll inspect it thoroughly-Muffler/Cat. Could be clogged up.

Before we get into some serious TS on the electronics control. You can try the throttle position sensor for a start, check its voltages as per the manual open and close voltages.
