Ive recently replaced three starters in my 95 camaro 350 after the second I replaced the fly wheel and the problem persisted what could be causing this mishap

Occassionally, a small block chevrolet makes it out of production with the starter mount holes or mount PAD, machined improperly. It only takes a few thousands of an inch error to cause it to "eat" starters. You need to purchase some starter shims. If I were a bettin man, I'd guess it probably doesn't sound quite right when the starter engages, does it? Sound kinda tight? You can buy the shims off the help rack at any Autozone or Advance Auto parts. Good luck.
