location and size to cut access panel through trunk to replace fuel pump

Not the right way! Drain the tank with a syphon hose, remove the tank straps and lower it unplug the connectors and the pump is on top. Remove the lock ring with a spanner wrench, or hammer and brass punch, remove pump!
