2001 Chevy Camaro emmission

I have check engine light on. I took to parts store to hook up on scanner. It said I had problem with air pump but the pump is not bad and airline to pump not plugged were to next introuble shooting.

I would try disconnecting the battery for about 5 minutes. Reconnect the battery cable, start up the car, and see if the light comes back on. If it does, bring it back and have them scan it again. It could be a ghost code, telling you what area, but not being precise. Mickey-d
