I have replaced the battery twice within three months had the alternator checked at two different shops, but the battery wont hold the charge for more than 24 hours, sometimes even less. What I can I check next.

It sounds like you have a parasitic drain, of rather large means. If you don't have the ability to check it at this time(it takes an ammeter capable of measuring at least 10 amps max, with milliamp minimum), disconnect the battery after a knowing it has a full charge. If it still has charge when reconnecting it after the same duration of which it normally discharges, you probably have something draining it. After you jump start it(or charge it) to get it started, does it work fine until it sits for the 24 hours?
