When you say it doesn't want to fill, do you mean you pour coolant in but it never fills to the top?

If so, and you're not seeing any coolant flowing on the ground, then it's flowing inside of your engine, and either into the oil, or into the cylinder and then into the exhaust. (Blown head gasket)

Pull your dip stick. If the oil is white (like a milk shake), then there's your coolant. If not, then it's going into the exhaust.

To find exactly where your head gasket blew, pull the spark plugs one at a time and check them for wetness. You may have one or both head gaskets blown.
