2001 Camaro sounds like it is falling apart :(

I just recently had it's 75,000 miles done
I just recentlly had a new catback system and SS style dual exhaust installed

When I accelerate, especially when going uphill, it starts jumping, clunking, whatever you may want to call it... it just sputters and doesn't want to go... eventually it'll get it together and go, but especially when going uphill it just sounds like it's going to stall and die right there...

How long has it been since you haved had a tune up?. How about youre fuel filter?

I had my tune up about 2 months ago, and the fuel filter is brand new.

I would get youre fuel pump pressure tested, Also get youre fuel pressure regulator tested.
