Cooltant poured onto street after cut-off. Notice rust inside of cooltant intake(where you pour in coolant) nor running hot just bought it last night. Is this a major problem?

Something causing it to boilover-Get it block and pressure tested-could be headgasket/cracked head/block-water pump, clogged radiator-thermostat-air lock
