water is coming into the car from under the dash on the pasgner side and the window will fog up from the heat from the motor like all the cooant is laking on that side of the car  are there hooses that run under the dash ?

If the "water" comming in is sticky and sweet smelling, it's coolant, and the leak is from the heater core, to stop the leak, you can replace the core, or temporary fix is join the two heater hoses with a tube and eliminate the core, of course you will not have any heat!
