I'm looking to buy an 85 camaro but none of the dash lights are working. In fact no lights inside the car as well as the blinkers do not work. What could be wrong, and more importantly, how much would it cost to fix all these lighting issues?

The problem could be in the fuses. The blinkers may be the flasher itself. It is farely cheap about 5.00 at a local automotive store. With the dash light it also may be a fuse or be in the headlight dimmer control. There are fuses under the hood on the drivers side make sure you check them. To test any of the fuses you can use a test light or a fuse tester.
