For the last few months my camaro has had surges of acceleration without any warning or apparent reason, I have held the brake pedal down trying to slow the car down without success. Even in park the engine revs as if the accelerator was being pressed to the floor. It does not happen every time I drive but often enough to make driving dangerous.
