1999 Chevy Camaro Rattling Noise Under Car

Every time I put my car into Reverse or Drive, I hera a rattling noise underneath it. I had somebody help me locate it and it seems to be right in the middle of the car about halfway back. Any ideas on what this might be?

Could be a heat shield rattling down there
