1999 Chevy Camaro New AC Compressor, but still no cool air

Recently had a leak in my ac compressor, so got a new ac compressor (carquest) put in, an accumulator, and a oriface tube. They evacuated and charged system, and the AC is just kinda cold.. it is no where close to being cold enough.. What do you think could be the problem?

Could be the air blend door partially stuck in the heat position do to its vacuum actuator
