1999 Chevy Camaro need to know

Hi I have a 1999 chev camaro and there is oil in the water Is it good to put head gasket repair to fix it. My car dose not over heat at all I have flushed the radiator but the beige or brown milky stuff keeps coming back. So should I just put the block seal in to see if that will work. The name of the stuff I am going to put in is Bar's leaks head gasket repair
