1999 Chevy Camaro electrical problems?

My 99 camaro has been experiencing some problems lately. as i am driving, the interior and exterior lights have been going in and out (the battery guage goes up and down as well). I also notice that the heat goes in and out when the lights do. what is going on?

Welcome to the forum, I'd have to check the charging system. Check for any codes. Make sure the connections are clean. Some of the national brand autostores will check the charging system. You can ask.
