1999 Chevy Camaro Dome lights, power locks

Hello,

I tried to replace a dome light bulb and now my dome lights and power locks do not work. Could I have hit a circuit breaker? I tried the old bulb and the new bulb and turned both every possible way and all the dome lights and power locks still dont work.
Advice?

check fuse #8 in fuse box on drivers side on side of dash or under dash
