1998 Chevy Camaro Sulfer Smell

When my car is idiling there is a sulfer smell also kind of smells like rotten eggs coming from my duel exhausts. I cant figure out why it smells like that any suggestions?

Suspect faulty/clogged catalytic converter. The converter(s) change the carbon monoxide to sulfer dioxide, the rotton egg smell is the sulfer.
