1998 Chevy Camaro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car is sometimes hestating while going down the road. while doing this my rpm and speed gauages are moving around really fast. my question is what could be causing this

check your grounds and for dirty cables at the battery. it may be not getting a good ground causing this.
