I have no Air Flow Coming from my Vents. I have remove and cleaned the fan blower motor and the surrounding vents of leaves and debris, but still no air flow. I need to know if 1998 Chevy Camaro has an air cabin filter or hepa filter, and if so the location of the filter housing and how to remove the air cabin filter and inspect / replace if needed.

Your main vent damper might be disconnected or malfunctioning. Its a real pain to get to. Its on the passengher side up under the dash. Its located by the heater core. Just be sure to disconnect the negative battery cable and make sure the airbags are disabled. Once thats done, start unbolting the dash. The radio and center console also have to be removed and the steering column dropped down. Its just a game of finding the bolts that are holding the section your working on. If you run into any major problems (you shouldnt) repost here. Heres a pic of my 92 when I was doing my heater core. Yours wilol look something like this. You just need enough room to work. Good luck :)
