1998 Chevy Camaro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive

3.8l V6 engine. I was unaware that the pulley bolt was reverse thread and sheared off the head. Now I need to remove the tensioner to more easily remove the shank of the broken bolt. My Haynes book doesn't show anything about this.

Removed alternator and it became clear. Three bolts hold it in. For anyone in the future, try not to break the plastic heater bypass tube(s).
