When my engine gets to 180 degrees it starts pushing water out around the head gasket. I think it is just under where the thermostat is. It is not the thermostat--- i can tell it is an inch or so under it but where do I start?????

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

With any external coolant leak, the best option first up is to get the cooling system pressure tested, use low pressure compressed air to dry around suspected areas, with the pressure tester on, you will be able to see fresh leaks, from cracked housing, faulty seals and problem gaskets, start here.
