1995 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car keeps burning the window motor out. what might the problem be? i have replaced the motor twice and it goes out within a week or so

check wiring to ensure nothing is damaged or loose. when first replaced does it work fine? when rolling up or down does it sound like switch may be sticking causing window motor to continously run?
