As the vehicle accelerates and moves while at lower rpm (1200 to 2200) after shifting I hear a rattle/vibration. Is this the Transmission or something loose in the undercarrage?

Chances are it is something loose under the vehicle. Start by taking a rubber mallot to the exhaust system. Chances are it is a loose heat shield or it could be the guts of the catylatic converter have come loose inside.

Let me know what you find.
