1995 Chevy Camaro dragging front brakes

my car has front disc n drum rears .i'm having trouble with my front brakes dragging.my emergency brake is loose not ferm when i lift it.hte system feels like it has air in the lines.

I have done several repair to find the problem .Car repairs:brake booster,master cylinder,from pads and rotors,and one rear passenger wheel cylinder.bled out system.

First, the rear brake adjustment is key to pedal height, next, when the brakes lock up, jack the car up, open the bleeder on the locked wheel(s), if the wheel spins free, replace the flex hose, if it remains locked, replace the caliper(s), when I do brakes, I always replace these in pairs(both sides), this will save you the trouble of doing it again in a few weeks!
