HI I HAVE A 95 CAMERO AND THE SECURITY LIGHT IS BLINKING REPEADELY AND WONT START IVE TRIED CLEANING THE KEY W/ WD_40 AND S[RAYING THE IGINION WITH IT TOO I DONT KNOW WHAT I COULD BE BUT ITS GOTTA BE A SESNOR THE IGINION OR SOMETHING PLZ HELP ME IM CONFUSED !!

It is the anti theft system. If you turn the key to the run position and let it there for about 10 minutes, it should over ride the system so the engine starts.

Now the bad news. The only place that has the proper equipment to test the system is a dealer.
