Hi I have a 95 3.4 manul tranny OBD 1 PCM, BUT OB2 CONECTOR, what do I have to buy in order to get the codes?

GM was in transition mode and only way to get codes from 16 pin is with a Tech1 and finding Dealer vwith one will be hard

Have seen a fwe on e-bay can get codes from scan tool like Modius need to take to shop
