i bought this car just 2 weeks ago with an as is warranty and now i am having trouble with radiator and transmission. do i have any rights to take car back and have them repair problems or am i stuck?? also what if i want to give the car back can i get my money back and get out of the loan??

Generaly AS IS is AS IS you really have no legal recourse. Maybe lot will cut you a repair deal. Check state law some states have a buyers remorse but usually apply to new cars.
