why is my a/c blowing only top and bottom, its not blowing in the middle I hope you know what I mean, can u please help me with this

Hi
Fault in vacuum operated accuator. Maybe loss of vacuum from engine, Master select switch or a failed accuator. Do you hear any hissing behind control panel? Look under dash on drivers side see three can looking things with vacuum line attached? Those are the accuators.
