1994 Chevy Camaro No oil pressure-Ticking noise

I just bought this car and was told it needed a harmonic balancer. When I got it home, I charged the battery and she fired right up. No vibration or shaking in motor however, the low oil light came on and went off but I had no oil pressure. I immediately turned it off and changed the oil with a new filter. When I cranked her back up same thing -there is a ticking noise so I cut her off immediately. What can be the cause of this ticking noise and no oil pressure?

Several things oil pump, oil pump drive off dist., worn bearings both main and cam. slug in oil galley. Hook up mechanical gague to get accurate pressure reading.
