THE CAR CAT CONVERTORS WERE REPLACED ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO ONLY TIME THIS CAR WILL SURGE IS WHEN WEATHER IS HUMID AND HOT AND WHEN YOU HAVE TO SET AT A STOP FOR A WHILE IN TRAFFIC

Has the fuel pressure been tested when this happens? Also, did you have the ignition module tested? I wonder if it is breaking down in the heat.
