1994 Chevy Camaro clutch

My mechanic has replaced my clutch but it still wont disengage he replaced the master and slave cylinder and that had no effect he has then tore it back down and rechecked his work and is goiung to try another master and slave cylinder on the hydrolics my questionn is is there some special trick to get it to work on my model of camaro that he my be over looking.

Was that the problem that is getting repaired? Was pilot bearing replaced?

The problem wasd that clutch would not disengage and yes piolit bearing was replaced as well as clutch plate pressure plate throw out bearing. We are stumped

So I understand when you say disengage with clutch pedal depressed can not shift? If yes is neutral there? Can you shift through gears engine off? And this is what prompted clutch change? Is this a T5 or T6

Yes I can not shift when pedal is depressed I can shift engine off and neutral is fine
