1992 Chevy Camaro think i'm screwed, please help

my 92 chev camaro rs died yesterday. i tried to restart it & it just clicked. i jumped the solenoid with a screwdriver & the starter just whined. i just replaced the starter today & now when I start it it still just clicks, but I can see mu alternator turning very little with each click. I am worriedd my engine is seized. What should I do? It has a 3.1 v-6 I'm really hopin it's not seized. I dont have the cash to buy an engine

Ok engine is seized i called & crankshift rod & bearings i can get for about 200 bucks. does the engine have to be pulled out to repair this? how much should i expect to pay for labor for this job. how many labor hrs?
