1992 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 130xxx miles

I have a '92 Camaro RS with a 5.0 TBI engine, and a '92 Buick Roadmaster with a 5.7 TBI engine. My question is can the engine from the Buick be switched to the Camaro without needing to buy a new transmission and other expensive parts. Can I just put the 5.7 engine in the car with all the existing transmission and other OEM parts?

To my guess is that it can be done. Whether the transmissions work is another story. Check with summit. Com they have everything from motor mounts and know what would work and what wouldn't. I have seen a guy put a v8 engine in a mg so anything is possible.
