Hi

My car's engine (LT1 type) has recently been running at 2250 rpm at 70 mph; but for over four years, it was consistent at 2,000 rpm at 70mph.

This is a consistent increase across speed, and I wondered why a fuel-injected engine would see this kind of increased work.

Thanks!

Have your fuel pressure check and also the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors
