how do you replace a transmision mount

the transmission mount can be changed with the car on a lift. use a transmission jack and jack it up so it just is snug on the transmission. Loosen up the bolts holding the mount in place, do not remove the bolts until you are sure the jack is in place.once that is done you can take the bolts are out, then jack the transmission up a little until you are able to get the mount out. put the new mount in place and allign the bolts. let the transmission down a little until you can get the bolts in and nuts started. let the transmission down and tighten the bolts.
