how do you replace a serpintine belt on a 91 camaro 3.1

Find the belt tensioner pulley. There is a square hole that a 3/8 ratchet fits into. Stick the ratchet or a ratchet with an entention in the square hole, and loosen to release tension on the belt..Remove the belt and install the new one....It is pretty easy to do.
