1991 Chevy Camaro Fuel Pump

I have a 91 Camaro RS that sat without being driven for 2 years. I am restoring the vehicle for my son. The fuel pump is 1 year old, I changed the fuel filter, OPSU, and the relay and the pump still will not turn on. Do you have any ideas on what the problem is? Any suggestions will be very helpful.

Power the Fp direct from battery if it turns On -test the computer controlled of the fuel pump relay circuit
