1991 camaro 3.1 v6 with just over 100,000 miles on it. Car seems to hesitate i.E. When I first take off or am going at low speeds it hesitates. When I step on the gas to take off it doesnt wanna go right away its very momentarily hardly noticeable. Just wondering if you give me a general idea of the problem. Sorry not much info but it hasnt had a oil change since 94000 getting one in a fewdays. Could that help or is it the tranny? Thanks for any help. One more thing I almost have to floor it to get it going when reversing not sure if problems tie together. Nate

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, jerking, bogging, misfiring etc. Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it
