no they can make a car not crank over not charge but will not cause a crank no start condition. what will.. timeing distributor ignition module coil fuel pump ecm. blown fuses.. good luck billymac

When the fusible links blows no power will go in the vehicle. This fuse is just like a main breaker in your house nothing will come on if its defective
