1990 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have replaced the starter, battery, and ignition switch. i have also checked all of my fuses under my dash. when i insert the key and turn it all of my lights come on but there is no clicking no noise at all. please help me.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
