1989 Chevy Camaro 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i recently brought this car thinking i could fix this problem, which is that the spark plugs are gettint wet with gas. but can not figure out what it could be? do u know what it is?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay -check if you're getting injection pulses from the injector/s
