1984 Chevy Camaro intake manifold

1984 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm rebuilding a motor. I was wondering if there is a trick to installing the intake manifold gaskets, when I tighten the bolts, the rubber manifold gasket slopps out.

That will happen I have not been putting in the neoprem and using RTV
